Before my 19 years of experience in real estate I grew up, (quite literally hanging out in an office drawer as a baby!) in a Real Estate Law office in Los Angeles, Ca.. I come from a family where my Father, Brother, and Sister are Brokers, my Mother was a Realtor, and my other Brother is a Loan Officer. My family owned and operated Imperial Escrow; the largest escrow office in the San Fernando Valley for its time.

Aside from Deep Sea Fishing and Dirt Biking, my interests now are varied and all pertain to real estate:

•  Owner/CEO of Ranch Land Financial, a multi-state land holding and development firm. We often negotiate with  energy companies regarding oil leases, surface rights, easements, pipelines, soil testing, county development offices, etc.  My typical day involves a lot of mapping and land sales.

•  In 2003 I was elected Director of Dairy, Ranch, and Farm Lands, Inc. where I manage Cattle Leases and Hunting rights on ranches in Texas totaling over 33,000 acres.
