Selling your Home for the best possible outcome

Buyers Decide in the first 8 seconds of walking in the front door that they want to buy your house.

When the time comes to sell your mountain home, not only can I list it and get it the exposure you deserve, but here is what else I can do for you:

Before we list your house we will have an appointment made to visit your home, so I can get a sense of the property and any possible features or upgrades that a home valuation report won't take into account. I will also be able to pinpoint any features in need of repair and get quotes by local contractors so that may be taken into account.

My goal is to get your house listed with an immediate starting price that will accurately reflect your best interest.

​

ONCE you agree to have me represent your house on the open market, this will be the process:

​

  • At my expense, my team of expert photographers, including a licensed FAA drone photographer, virtual stagers, editors, and a cleaning crew will work to prepare to have the house shown. I will show your house in all it's shinning glory. If your house is on acreage a drone video will be included.

​

  • If you are moving out of state, or retiring and downsizing, I have wonderful associates who run Professional Estate Sales to make the process extremely easy and seamless.

  • MARKETING: Ask about my marketing plan. It is very sophisticated and proprietary information.

HOUSE Showings: In general, I require all viewers to show prequalification letters and I will give you as much notice as possible that your house is being shown, if you are still living in it, or renting it out to someone who is.

  • ESCROW:  Once an offer is made, I may require a cross lender qualification letter from the buyers by a lender I trust. 

​

When you have me as your Realtor, I will treat your house as my own, and do everything possible to get you the absolute best return on your investment in as smooth a process as possible.
